MFC is a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and a Group Training Company (GTC) established specifically for the Import /Export, International Trade Logistics, Freight Forwarding (Air and Sea), Road/Rail Transport, Shipping and Aviation industries.

We offer a "one-stop-shop" for companies wanting to employ junior and entry-level staff, with the added benefit of a structured and nationally recognised training program. In some cases, existing employees may also qualify for a traineeship.

In our capacity as an RTO, we are registered with various State training authorities to deliver, assess and issue qualifications and statements of attainment for training programs approved by the Department of Education, Science and Training (DEST). Trainees study and qualify in industry specific modules selected from the Transport and Distribution and Business Administration training packages.

As a GTC, myfreightcareer signs and holds the indentures for the trainee, making us the common law employer.
