1. Prices set by Junior Jobs Online™ may vary without notice.

2. Advertisers must pay within the terms specified in the invoice issued to them. If payment is not received within the specified time, the advertisement will be immediately removed from our website.

3. Advertisers must pay the amount of all invoices in full within the required time frame indicated on the Tax Inovice notwithstanding any errors or omissions in any advertisement.

4. Prices on Junior Jobs Online™ (ABN 67 576 181 109) includes GST

5. Junior Jobs Online™ makes every effort to avoid errors in advertisements. However, Junior Jobs Online™ does not accept any responsibility or liability for any errors and requires that the advertisers check their advertisement for errors as soon as they are published on the website. Errors can be corrected immediately, contact us via email and we will edit the advertisement accordingly or if you are a registered user log in and edit your job ad accordingly.

6. Junior Jobs Online™ reserves the right to either reject or remove any advertisement or cancel advertiser account from it's websites for any reason whatsoever.

7. The Advertiser Indemnifies Junior Jobs Online™ against all claims, actions, suits, liabilities, costs and expenses incurred on any account by Junior Jobs Online™ as a result of the listing or intended listing of any advertisement by that advertiser on our websites.

8. It is against the law for any advertiser to discriminate against candidates including discrimination on the basis of sex, pregnancy, age, race / political / religious beliefs unless covered by an exception or the advertiser has an exemption under relevant legislation. Junior Jobs Online™ will not accept advertisements that appear to be unlawful.

9. Junior Jobs Online™ is not liable for any loss or damaged suffered/incurred by any advertiser as a result of any failure or delay in listing an advertisement on our site.

10. Advertisers indemnify and will keep indemnified Junior Jobs Online all claims, actions, suits, liabilities, actual or contingent costs, damages and expenses incurred by Junior Jobs Online in connection with:

a. any breach of this agreement by the Advertiser;

b. any negligent act or omission by the Advertiser;

c. the listing or proposed listing of any advertisement by an Advertiser on our website or any related website; or

d. an actual or alleged breach by an Advertiser of any law, legislation, regulations, by-laws, ordinances or codes of conduct which occurs a consequence of the Advertiser’s advertisement appearing on the website.
